Good package - K40 tires for two 1970's Raleigh Sports (vintage bikes) - good but not perfect fit

The package from The Bike Smiths was really good. This is the second package purchased. The K40 fits on the Raleigh Vintage and stays true to the look of the original bike. The tires are slight larger in diameter, it seems, which results in a bit of an uneven depth in the seating of the tire. I found that I had to play with it and lay the tires in evenly and push and seat it carefully to get a consistent fit. The first time I did it, the tires pushed out from the rim unevenly in one spot, resulting in a back tire that rode bumpy. After deflating the tire and starting again, I was able to seat it more true, and it results in a smooth ride. They seem to wear really well and the ride is quiet and smooth.
