I could only find a few reviews on these tires but there was enough positive to try these for the price. I first mounted them up and on my first ride I immediately noticed how much quieter they were than the vee rubber mission tires they replaced even though they are more aggressive. While mounting these tires I did notice that they were heavier than the 26 x 4.0 tires I replaced. I aired them up to 28 psi to see how fast they would roll. I rode around no hand ed and there was a lot of self stealing in the front. I aired them down to 20 psi and it totally changed the tire. The tires have great grip especially in the corners. I don't think mountain bike fat tires should cost more than my truck tires and I was happy to find these. I am actually impressed with these tires. They aren't super light 120 tpi tires but you definitely feel connected. I bought my bike to get exercise so the slight increase in weight is a non factor for me. I don't race I just love to ride. Oh and they look great mounted on a 100 mm rim. 👍
