I'm using these on my bikepacking rig (Lynskey Pro29 with Niner RDO rigid carbon fork). They're great for that purpose. They roll fast (for a MTB tire) on pavement & gravel, but are surprisingly capable on dirt. They're noticeably more narrow that the Maxxis Ikon 2.35s that they replaced, so definitely not a high volume tire, but cushy enough for my use case.
