Top notch customer care- I left a message around closing time, and got a call back from the owner when he was in his way home! He explained that the pannier I had initially thought of probably wouldn’t work, and then the next business day he researched products and made some recommendations based on my needs. One of his recommendations was perfect for a gift for my daughter and her bicycle commute to school!
