These are pretty stiff tires, and it did take a fair amount of work to get them to mount concentric... But it was well worth the effort. I also was able to get them on and off the rim without using tire levers, which is a bonus. A few hundred miles in and they feel planted in corners, great under hard breaking, and good over unavoidable ice patches on the trail I tip toed over. Get out and ride!
