Received an open, torn, package containing 2 yellow and 2 dark faded grayish colored liners in a unmarked plastic package with no identifiable markings, they are not Mr Tuffy brand liners. I suspect the torn package was opened, liners were switched, package reclosed, and placed in the mailbox. I have purchased Mr Tuffy liners before and what I received are not what I ordered."
